I read the first installment and got hooked lock, stock, and zombie-killing-barrel. Serial #2 does not disappoint.
The author introduces a few new characters with promising story lines, and of course, I want to see how Timothy gets his comeuppance (or does he?). I agree with another reviewer who says you get all the zombie fix without the gore--so true, and now that I think about it, one of the reasons I liked it so much. I thoroughly enjoyed the humor and style of the first serial, and this one steps it up even more. The humor is a raucous blend of dry wit and over the top punny goodness. You just can't help but laugh out loud.
In short, I'm twitching with anticipation for Zombie Apocalypse Serial #3.
Bought this book after i got #1 on a freebee day. i didnt want it to end.. cant wait till another book in the series comes out...
Got my zombie fix, without a lot of gore. Good take on a manufactured zombie apocalypse. Can't wait to see what happens next.
